Each client gets a dedicated Google Drive folder at onboarding. Drop in your product photos — one sub-folder per item works best, but we'll walk you through the exact structure during setup.

Common questions

Submit 3 product photos through the Get Started form. We process them through the full pipeline and return completed listings within 48 hours. No credit card required, no obligation to subscribe afterward.

Per item. If you have 50 products and push them to both eBay and Shopify, that counts as 50 listings — not 100. Multi-platform publishing is included in all plans.

During onboarding, we send you a simple guide for generating your eBay API credentials and your Shopify Admin API token. Both take under 5 minutes and you stay in full control of your credentials at all times.

Every listing goes through human review before it reaches you, and you have a final approval step before anything goes live. If something's off, flag it and we correct it — revisions are included in your plan.

Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from photo upload to listings in your approval queue. Rush Processing (24-hour turnaround) is available as an add-on.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and you keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be paused if your sourcing volume drops.
